What is WorkOS?
Company sign-in, built into Dollie.

WorkOS is an identity platform that connects applications to company sign-in systems such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace.

We built WorkOS into Dollie so you can bring the complete Agent OS into your organisation without building an enterprise sign-in integration yourself. Connect your identity provider, choose how people join and start with the work your team needs.

Keep the sign-in your people know. Employees authenticate through the company account and identity provider you configure in WorkOS.

Bring organisation membership with them. Dollie uses the identity and organisation membership returned by WorkOS to place people in the right Workspace.

Connect access changes. Configured WorkOS membership and session webhooks let Dollie update the access managed by this integration.

Keep your platform decisions. You choose Workspace roles, available Agents and the wider platform settings. Company sign-in connects people to that setup.

Familiar company sign-in. Kirsten uses the firm’s identity provider to enter its own branded Agent OS.

Ready for her team. She joins the configured Workspace with the role and access the firm has chosen.

The firm’s expertise, available to use. The Assessment Agent prepares the report using the firm’s framework and Acme’s evidence.

People approve the result. Serena reviews the recommendations before the report goes to the client.

Fit the platform to your organisation.

Bring everyone into one shared Workspace, or map each WorkOS organisation one-to-one to its own. Support internal teams and customer services on the same platform, with access defined for each.

One Workspace for your team.

Connect your company’s WorkOS organisation to a selected Workspace. Approved employees join the setup you have prepared for them.

One Workspace per organisation.

Map each WorkOS organisation to a separate Workspace. Acme’s people get Acme’s context; Globex’s people get theirs.

New organisations, ready to join.

Enable automatic Workspace creation for new organisations at first sign-in. You choose the platform administrator who owns them.

Share the expertise. Separate the work.

Make approved Agents and Knowledge available across customer Workspaces. Each keeps its own files, conversations and results.

Expand without another platform build.

Test the mapping with your first team or customer. Bring the next organisation onto the same platform when you are ready.

Connect company sign-in. Use your WorkOS application to connect the identity provider your organisation already uses. Configure the callback and signed webhooks in Dollie’s platform settings.

Test with your first team. Choose the Workspace mapping and roles. Test a linked administrator’s sign-in before changing the password policy or inviting the wider team.

Bring in the next organisation. Add another WorkOS organisation using the mapping you have tested. Give its people their own Workspace and access to the Agents included in your service.

Your platform. Your choice of where it runs.

Private Cloud gives you a dedicated, branded Agent OS hosted with Dollie. Self Hosted runs the same platform on infrastructure you operate. In either deployment, you control your brand, domain and model choices.

Tell us how your people sign in, what your first team needs and where the platform should run. We’ll help you plan a private deployment around your organisation.
